Tender Description
This Care Services Specification sets out the Co-Ordinating Commissioner’s requirements for the delivery of Home Care by the Provider pursuant to the Contract. Home Care is the provision of CQC regulated and non-regulated activities that enable a Person to live independently at home. Services support the Person with the tasks of daily living relating to their personal care and any other practical tasks that meet their assessed needs and outcomes.
Requirements Summary
The Provider will ensure the Person’s outcomes, needs and preferences are observed in the provision of the Services and in accordance with the Person’s Care and Support Plan.
